WHO AM I?

I fell in love with volleyball literally before I could crawl. It was love at first sight. Growing up watching my dad play and coach (a 4 time Olympian), helped me set a pretty high standard when it came to sports, especially volleyball. After a stint in Brazil, I took my journey to Brigham Young University and had the good fortune to play under coach Carl McGown. Under his tutelage, our team went to two final fours. My senior year we won National Championship and I swept every single individual award a volleyball player can rack up in the NCAA, although I am one of six, I am not a good sharer.

Following BYU, I went to play for 11 years as a professional player in Europe. Playing for different coaches, cultures, and environments, broaden my vision of what a championship performance should be like. After exhausting my career as a player, my love for the game became my coaching voice and I wanted to give me back to the game I love and that had open so many doors I have now, been coaching for more than 10 years and currently I am the Associate Head Coach at Arizona State University.
